Product Overview


The VERSA is a high performance purpose built ball activated ported sleeve designed as an annular communication device and is part of the "ZONE SEEKER" multi-stage stimulation system. Incrementally sized drillable ball seats allow "on the fly" ball activation to open each sleeve independently accessing a pre-selected section of formation for treatment. Ball seat sizing allows up to 19 Versa sleeves to be stacked in a single installation. The unique ball seats design assures extreme high strength abrasion resistance for large volume, high pressure fracture treatments while seat geometry and material structure guarantee fast, simple, full ID drill out if required post treatment. The Versa is available in a fully selective open/close version for applications in which it may be desirable to close a particular sleeve at any time after drill out of the ball seat. Opening balls are designed and field proven to provide the industry's highest impact resistance and compressive load capability along with low density for ease of retrieval or drill out. At 23" in length and 5.50" OD the extremely compact Versa design provides ease of handling and rig floor make up, liner string flexibility and trouble free deployment into even the most difficult well profiles. The VERSA is rated at full 10,000 psi differential pressure. A wide variety of materials and configurations are available.
