25-261 RCFP Composite Frac Plug

Product Overview

The RCFP is a high performance composite frac plug designed for applications requiring temporary isolation of multiple zones for fracturing or other types of multi-zone stimulation. The RCFP is rated for use at differential pressures of up to 10,000 psi (69 mpa) and temperatures of up to 350 deg. F (65 C). The RCFP is designed for wireline setting using an E4 or equivalent setting tool and the appropriate adapter. Alternatively the plug may be set on coiled or conventional tubing using hydraulic setting assemblies and the appropriate adapter.

Composite materials ensure that the RCFP is quickly and easily milled/drilled while interlocking tapers on the top and bottom prevent plug remnants from rotating while removing multiple plugs.  As standard the RCFP is supplied with Nitrile packing elements for temperatures of up to 300 F.  Alternate elastomers are available upon request to accommodate higher temperatures.
