Product Overview


The RHSB is a high performance hydraulic set permanent seal bore packer designed for high pressure, high temperature applications. A large upper polished seal bore allows extreme flexibility and the largest possible ID through the packer and seal assembly and is an ideal choice for completions requiring mono-bore ID. The RHSB is an extremely simple and reliable one trip design ran to depth connected to the tubing via a latch type seal assembly and set simply by pressuring up the tubing string which activates the integral hydraulic setting chamber. This feature saves operating expense and rig time, is ideal for high angle well bores and allows the packer to be set after the well head has been flanged up. The RHSB is available in 10,000 psi* differential pressure rated versions for most sizes and configurations. A full line of accessory equipment is available for the RHSB packer such as seal assemblies, seal bore extensions, mill out extensions, tubing adapters, expansion joints, polished bore receptacles and disconnect devices. As standard the RHSB is manufactured form materials which conform to NACE MR-01-75 for H2S service applications. A wide variety of material and elastomer options is also available to suit virtually any well environment.
